There is no entrance fee for Saratoga National Historical Park.
The Park is currently unable to issue any Passes.
Anyone wishing to purchase the $80 Annual Pass, the $80 Lifetime Senior Pass, or the $20 Annual Senior Pass can do so at the US Geological Survey website, "http://store.usgs.gov/pass"
